Our Commitment to Access
Love Taps Crew, Inc. is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where all individuals—regardless of ability—can fully participate in our programs, access our services, and feel welcomed, seen, and respected.
We believe accessibility is a human right and actively work to remove barriers across our physical spaces, digital platforms, and communication tools.
Physical Accessibility
- Our program spaces and Support Center are ADA-compliant, including wheelchair-accessible entrances, restrooms, and pathways
- Service animals are welcome
- Staff provide assistance upon request for mobility, sensory, or processing needs
- Parking and transit access information is shared in advance of events or appointments
Digital Accessibility
- Our website and online forms are designed to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards for usability across devices and screen readers
- Alternative formats (PDF, large print, audio description) are available upon request
- We strive to use plain language and culturally affirming communication in all materials
Programmatic Access & Inclusive Practices
- We accommodate a range of support needs, including trauma recovery, neurodiversity, and sensory-friendly options
- Youth intake forms allow participants to express accessibility preferences and needs
- Staff receive ongoing training in equity, disability justice, and inclusive communication
- Language access, including bilingual staff and interpreter support, is available
